Refund Policy

We offer a sixty-day money-back guarantee. If AI-Fluent Family hasn't made your family demonstrably more AI-fluent in your first sixty days, we'll refund every payment you've made.
How to request a refund
- Email support.aff@ontherise.ai with the subject line "Refund request."
- Include the email address on your account.
- Briefly tell us what didn't work — not as a hurdle, as a favor. We use the feedback to improve the course.
Refunds are processed within five business days to your original payment method.
What's included in the refund
Every monthly payment you've made in the first sixty days is refunded in full. No partial refunds, no prorated deductions.
What you keep
Your OnTheRise.ai Club access — which came free with your subscription — is yours to keep as a thank-you for giving the course a try.
After sixty days
Past the sixty-day window, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Already-billed monthly payments are not refunded, but you retain access for the remainder of the period you've paid for.
What we don't do
- We don't require you to "complete" the course or watch a minimum number of lessons to qualify.
- We don't put a save-call or retention-offer gauntlet between you and your refund.
- We don't make you argue your case to a ticketing system.
