Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AI-Fluent Family course and any related services operated by OnTheRise.ai ("we," "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
AI-Fluent Family is an online course: six video modules, seventeen worksheets, and ongoing content updates. Access is granted on an active monthly subscription and is shared across your household.
2. Subscription and billing
- $129 USD per month, billed through Stripe, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not auto-charge surprise renewals or convert trials into paid subscriptions without explicit consent.
3. Refunds
Full refunds are available within sixty days of your first payment if the course has not met its promise. Refund requests are handled in one email round-trip. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Your household's use
One subscription covers every family member living at the same address. Do not share login credentials outside your household. Sharing credentials across unrelated households violates these terms and may result in suspension.
5. Referral program
Our thank-you rewards program pays a modest monthly thank-you for active referrals you bring in, capped at a hundred active referrals and requiring your own subscription to remain active. Referral earnings are not guaranteed. The program is a thank-you, not a business opportunity — we will not describe it otherwise.
6. Content ownership
All course content, worksheets, and materials remain the intellectual property of OnTheRise.ai. You may use them freely within your household. You may not redistribute, repackage, or resell them.
7. Disclaimers
This course is educational. Nothing in it constitutes legal, medical, or professional advice. AI tools evolve quickly; we update the course as they do, but we cannot guarantee coverage of every change. Use judgment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnTheRise.ai's liability to you for any claim arising from this course is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we will email active subscribers at least fourteen days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
